汽車
- 高速公路南下：國道1號麻豆交流道下，接176線(往佳里方向)，循指標即可抵達園區。
- 高速公路北上：由國道1號台南系統交流道下，轉國道8號(往台南方向)由新吉交流道下(往西港方向)，接台19線即可抵達園區。
- 台南市區出發：台17縣(往七股方向)接176線，循指標即可抵達園區。
- 台南市區出發：台19縣(往西港方向)，循指標即可抵達園區。
高鐵
- 南下至嘉義站，高鐵接駁車至新營，大臺南公車棕幹線至蕭壠文化園區站下車。
- 北上至台南站，轉台鐵沙崙線至台南火車站，大臺南公車藍幹線至佳里站下車，轉乘藍支線或棕幹線至蕭壠文化園區站下車。
