1972年生於臺灣嘉義，從事攝影創作、教學及策展等工作，作品曾被國立臺灣美術館、高雄市立美術館、日本清里攝影美術館及歐洲攝影之家典藏。
Chen was born in Chiayi in 1972. Active photographer, educator, and curator. Works are in permanent collections at National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts (Taiwan), Museum of Fine Arts, Kaohsiung (Taiwan), Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts (Japan), Maison Européenne de la Photographie (France).
