1942年生於臺南，張武俊的攝影系列，不論是人文景觀或自然景觀，幾乎都是在臺南拍攝。肯定經典級的大師成就對臺南與臺灣攝影的貢獻，為臺南國際攝影節第二位「焦點攝影家」。
Chang was born in Tainan in 1942. Most of his photos were shot in Tainan, whether it be human landscapes or natural scenery. Acknowledged for classic mastery, Chang is the second "Spotlight Photographer" at the Tainan International Photography Festival.
