臺灣總督府醫學專門學校畢業，後執業成為醫師。日治時代臺南市第一屆民選議員，東門長老教會長老，同時也是臺南市醫師公會創設之初的發起人之一。武田與蘇外科聯合診所，原址在臺南市中山路2號（大正通）的三角窗口。業餘攝影愛好者，其故宅坐落臺南市東區位於鐵路沿線、著名老屋欣力活化歷史建築KINKS的旁邊。
Graduated from the Medical School of the Taiwan Sotokufu, Su was a practicing physician. Councilor of the first elected city council in Tainan, elder at the East Gate Presbyterian Church, He was also a founding member of the Tainan City Medical Association. The Takeda and Su Surgical Clinic at No.2 Zhongshan Road featured a triangular window. Su was an avid amateur photographer. His former residence in the East District along the railway, is located next to the renowned historical building KINKS bar.
