1992年生於臺灣新竹，畢業於臺北教育大學藝術與設計學系研究所。主要發表的系列創作有《禁止攝影》、《午夜漫遊》、《人類園》、《幽靈公園》、《黯光》、《野餐》及《生活智慧王》。獲日本清里美術館典藏。
Born in Hsinchu in 1992, MA from the Department of Arts and Design at the National Taipei University of Education, Peng’s notable series include "No Photography," "Midnight Stroll," "Human Garden," "Ghost Park," "Dim Light," "Picnic," and "King of Life Smarts." Works can be seen in the collection at the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts in Hokuto, Yamanashi, Japan.
