雙胞胎兄弟臺灣臺南人，1938年赴日本，開始接觸攝影。1959年與同好成立臺南市攝影協會。1969年與臺南市攝影協會之創始會員，重新整合將原攝影協會改組為臺南市攝影學會。曾任該會理事、沙龍主席、評審小組召集人等職。
Twin brothers were born and raised in Tainan. Siang-Tsuan Wang went to Japan in 1938 and started photography. As co-founder of the Tainan City Photography Association with fellow photographers, and founding member of the Association, he played a key role in reorganizing the original association into the Tainan City Photography Society. He held various positions in the Society, including director, salon chairperson, and convener of the judging panel.
