1972年生於臺灣嘉義，從事攝影創作、教學及策展等工作，作品曾被國立臺灣美術館、高雄市立美術館、日本清里攝影美術館及歐洲攝影之家典藏。
Born in Chiayi in 1972, Chen is devoted to photography creation, teaching, and curating. Chen’s works can be seen in the collections of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, the Kiyosato Museum of Photographic Arts in Hokuto, Yamanashi, Japan, and the Maison Européenne de la Photographie (MEP; European house of photography) in Paris.
