曾是80年代最重要的鄉土紀實雜誌《人間雜誌》的特約攝影師。《天下雜誌》資深攝影記者，著有《臺灣街的共同記憶》一書，現移居臺東都蘭，為糖廠咖啡屋第一代掌櫃，都蘭自由繽紛藝文氛圍最重要的守護者之一。
Featured photographer for Renjian Magazine in the 1980s, senior photojournalist for the CommonWealth Magazine, and author of the book Shared Memories of Taiwan's Streets. Currently residing in Taitung, Guo is now the first-generation proprietor of the Hsintung Sugar Factory Coffee Shop and an important guardian of the vibrant cultural atmosphere in Dulan.
