臺北出生，國立臺灣藝術大學圖文傳播藝術學系碩士(2021-2023)，國立臺灣藝術美術學系研究所(2023-)。文化部藝術銀行典藏、屏東文化處典藏、財團法人新光三越文教基金會典藏。
Born in Taipei, Chang holds a master's degree in Graphic Communications Arts from the National Taiwan University of Arts, and is currently pursuing another master's degree in Fine Arts at the Graduate Institute of Arts in National Taiwan University of Arts. Works can been see the collections at the Ministry of Culture Art Bank, Pingtung Cultural Affairs Department, the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi Cultural and Educational Foundation.
